What you see
When a review is active or feedback is due (or overdue), a card appears on Today. It points you to the right cycle or person so you know exactly what to do. You see it with your other priorities.
What to do
Open Reviews from the card. Launch or run the cycle, complete feedback, or schedule the next step. One place for setup, progress, and completion — same system as 1:1s and goals.
Example
Mid-quarter feedback is due Friday. Today shows “Review due — Sam.” You open Reviews, complete the feedback, and submit. The card clears. No last-minute rush; you kept the cycle on track. Outcome: feedback and reviews done on time; one system for conversations and evaluation.
