ISO 27001
Our security practices align with ISO/IEC 27001 principles. We implement risk-based controls for information security, including access control, cryptography, and incident management. We are committed to maintaining an information security management approach that meets internationally recognised standards.
European Legislation
We comply with applicable European and EU Member State law, including the GDPR, the ePrivacy Directive/Regulation where relevant, and national laws (e.g. Luxembourg, Germany). Our Terms are governed by Luxembourg law, and we design our Service to meet EU regulatory expectations.
USA and Other Regions
We are compatible with requirements in the United States (e.g. CCPA in California, and other state or federal norms where applicable), the United Kingdom (UK GDPR), and other regions. Where we transfer data outside the EEA, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved mechanisms. We do not sell personal data.
