What you see
A “Delivery risk building” card appears when trends point to slipping velocity, growing backlog, or other risk. The signal is based on your config (e.g. PR merge time, throughput) so you see what’s changing and why it matters. It sits with your other priorities on Today.
What to do
Open the card to dig into the signal. Check the data, discuss with the team in a 1:1 or standup, and adjust scope or capacity. One place to see risk and act.
Example
PR merge time has crept up over two weeks. Today shows “Delivery risk building — PR latency.” You open the view, see the trend, and in the next 1:1 you agree with the team to reduce WIP. You fix the cause before the next sprint review. Outcome: risk addressed early; fewer surprises at release.
